OUR STORY

Meds has been attending hip hop shows in Montreal since 2010. He started blogging and working with Hithiphop.com (Mini) which allowed him to learn the tricks of the trade. An opportunity arose with Hman & UBATT (Unknown Battalion) and Meds was given a slot on Sunday’s on the their website with “Simmering Sundays with Mehdi Meds”. He continued to work with Ubatt attending more hip hops shows and events. Their unique “guerilla marketing “ style approach gained them access and interviews with some legendary artists such as Chuck D, B Real, Jadakiss, Styles P, Rakim, Sheek Louch, Tech N9ne, Redman , Method Man, M.O.P. Onyx, Krizz Kaliko,Riff Raff, Waka Flocka, Bishop Brigante (RIP), JD Era. Special credit on the stellar video work that was done by K13 (OPAAA) and Pepe aka Will The Silent who together formed “Michael Jacob’s”.

Meds has also worked with renowned artists such as Fiend, Moka Only, Lush One, DJ RED, Young Stitch , SRH (Benny Mayne), JRed the Doctor, Hman, Dheezy. Producer credits include SkinDeep, Sammy Bagdad, Will The Silent , SRH, Jay Century.

Meds has also been doing stand up since 2015 . He took the “Joey Elias” class at The Comedy Nest and has performed at many venues/bars in Montreal and Ottawa. He is currently gearing a comeback.
