What’s happening folks. Hope everyone feels accomplished half way through the week. I do atleast. They say sleep derives from extreme tiredness. Ask yourself the question are you doing enough in your day? My old neighbour once told me sleep just happens for him. He works so hard throughout the day naturally he falls asleep at that same time every night. Wakes up at the same time everyday. You can ask Doc Rivers he will tell you it takes a routine to be successful and to be a champion. Why can’t I naturally fall asleep though? Sleeping pills are supposed to be a temporary solution but for me they became a lifelong battle. Around the world several millions of people take sleeping pills. Makes you think. When people go through tough times they go see their doctor who most likely will prescribe the latest anti depressant. I lost my job , try Effexor. My wife left me, try Lexapro. I think I’m depressed , try Paxil. Sometimes for fun I check Pfizer’s earnings statement and the bonuses thier execs got last year. Revenue was 63 billion. Craziness. For me atleast, I’ve reduced my sleeping pills and have been exercising at night after my usual working nine to five, picking up my two kids from daycare and eating supper. I’ve noticed I’ve been more tired when going to bed and have been sleeping a bit better. Sleep is so important . Get your zzzs in people it’s much needed for your brain to function properly.
